This is an interactive boxing class. With a partner. If you dont bring one we will pair you up.

(Please note: if you are still raw and learning how to handpad, (beginner or shit at it) and you dont have a partner you will focus on the bag) you will need to have mastered the basics, which m,eans you are skilled at hitting stuff with reasonable technique so that you can push your partner through this workout. And they are pushing you and not teaching you.

You pair up with another class member. 

You will learn interaction boxing skills and ring craft while working through that basic library of combinations. Testing your partners defence and how to play coach, recognising mistakes and together mastering your craft.   pushing each other through a series of boxing and hand pad drills, keep them honest, while prying for more grit, drive, discipline and staying power. exercises and abs a given considering you have developed a base in Boxfit.. This class combines maximum fun and engagement with maximum heart rate pumping action!
