A 1 hour interactive boxing class. Pair up with another class member and push each other through a series of hand pad drills, bag work, body weight exercises and abs.

This class combines maximum fun with maximum heart rate pumping action! You’ll love this class if you’ve done boxing and/or boxing fitness classes before. It’s a lot of boxing fun and a burning workout!
