Level: Beginner Friendly (Boxing fitness with exercise)
Goal: learning how to hit stuff applying the sweet science. boxing style fast and hard with confidence.
Incorporates all the basic fundamentals of a boxer’s workout. You’ll warm up, shadow box for technique, and then practice hitting shit. Stationary bags, moving targets, balls, wall pads, while applying/learning/practicing the combos you learned in basics to master your technique while building strength, fitness, and resilience.
Learning how to grind and survive in the later rounds, to make gains…. (which builds confidence and releases the best endorphins and enzymes to tone strengthen and provide thye body with life changing experience of resilience and chemicals.) we break the rounds up with bodyweight exercises and finish with abs.
A fun but hard motivating environment. (Mantra make gains/get better/push yourself) Others boast but we know the truth – this is the ultimate workout!
