BoxFit Summary: Boxing with Exercise
A 1 hour body blast that incorporates all the fundamentals of a boxer’s workout. You’ll do shadow boxing, bag work, abs and lots of heart pumping exercises in a fun and motivating environment. If you want a fast-paced, varied and action-packed workout with a bit of boxing then this is the class for you. Come along, grab a skipping rope and be prepared to put yourself through a serious workout challenge!
