Biography:
My name is Keith. I started Muay Thai first in Hong Kong when I was a teenager. I came to New Zealand afterwards and I found boxing is a beautiful sport, so I dedicate my life to boxing. I have been fighting in Hong Kong, New Zealand and Australia.
I was the Auckland champion in 2021. I got the silver medal in New Zealand Golden gloves championship in 2024 and 2025. Also I represented Auckland to fight New Zealand National Championship in 2024, and became the number two in the country.
I started coaching at Boxing Central since 2019. As a fighter I got a lot of experience to help people build up a good physical conditioning (weight cut and strength)and boxing skills . We got a lot members who get back to a good shape or became a good fighter. I am happy and looking forward to share those experiences with you.
