Biography:

I specialize in functional and sport specific training. I have been in the Health and Fitness industry for 5 years now, I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. I have trained in boxing, kickboxing, functional training and I have a love for sport as well. My passion is mostly with creative functional workouts, using all the different free weights, barbells, body weight, ZUU movements and all things high intensity. Join my classes to add some variety to your weekly boxing schedule!
