SWEAT! Summary: Challenging Workout – No Boxing

SWEAT! Is not a boxing class. This 1 hour class is designed to improve your fitness and strength, although you will not have your gloves on, this class will test your endurance and mental strength to challenge your limits.

We incorporate functional movements, barbells, kettle bells, wall balls.. you name it! We have a diverse range of functional gear, free weights and sick rig bars that are used to activate all muscle groups and keep you engaged while you SWEAT!

Consistency is key, it won’t take long before you start feeling and seeing the results of this high intensity training. Come join Sam & SWEAT! On Tuesday’s & Thursday’s at 9.30am.
