ProBox Summary: Boxing with Hand Pads

This is a 1 hour interactive boxing class. You pair up with another class member and push each other through a series of boxing and hand pad drills, bag work, exercises and abs – motivating and pushing each other throughout. This class combines maximum fun with maximum heart rate pumping action! You’ll love this class if you’ve done boxing and/or boxing fitness classes before. It’s a lot boxing fun and a hard workout!

No need for bookings, members can just show up – 5 minutes early and with a positive attitude!
