CrossBox Summary: Cross-training with Boxing

CrossBox is our new group fitness class that combines cross-training / functional fitness with a boxer’s workout that will give you a challenging workout to totally transform your body!

Prepare to sweat through these 1 hour classes that involve a variety of different exercises and bag work to keep you motivated and having fun. Instructors will lead you through each group of exercises in a fast-paced, high energy environment where your main challenge will be to beat your previous time. Tough, but rewarding!

Suitable for all levels of fitness. Newbies welcome!
