If you’re new to boxing and boxing fitness, or need to brush up on your basic skills for a better workout, book in for a Boxing Basics Class where you’ll learn basic boxing technique – from wrapping hands, skipping stance, footwork, and 6 punches, to throwing and learning and building your library of combinations working the grid and creating a base for bodyweight exercises with abs at the end. Good technique gives a full body workout, prevents injury, builds confidence makes you feel good and challenges discipline and commitment to the craft.
